fourth Gold Star Award from Manager, Customer Services Christina Walker
(left). Lantier received perfect scores
on four Retail Experience Customer transactions, earning the last two back to back.
A pizza lunch was provided for the retail
staff in recognition of their strong team performance in providing excellent customer
service this year. “Embassy has become a
‘Gold Mine’ for service since Christina's arrival in Port Richey one year ago,”
said Postmaster Brian Strasser.
