Postmaster Dana Mitchell asked Business Development Specialist Lorri Kayser to
visit her office and share with employees how to find revenue leads and explain the
process of entering a lead. Kayser informed employees that the Business Development
Team follows up with the customers to help them find solutions for their
mailing and shipping needs. Kayser also visited the Estero Retail Unit and
spoke with Retail Associates to ensure they also understood the process of
entering leads and the follow up process. Many new leads were gained during the
visit.
