Charge (OIC) Mike Vazquez (left) was joined by his wife Brenda (center) when he
received his Retirement Certificate from Acting District Manager Steve Hardin
(right). Vazquez retired with 36 years of service, and was serving as Acting Manager, Post Office Operations (MPOO) Area 5 at the time of his retirement.
