When St. Petersburg Main Office Retail Associate Joseph
Jones (center) began his first day on the window, 20 minutes later he waited on
a customer who unknowingly was evaluating his customer service skills. The
results were a perfect score on a Retail Customer Experience (RCA) transaction.
