Services Lisa Casimano (second, left) was recognized for submitting a revenue

Casimano’s amazing lead began
with a simple conversation with a customer who was starting a new business,
shipping heirloom seeds nationwide. She submitted the lead and BDS Kayser
followed up by working with the business to choose the best vendor and
packaging. The first mailing was about
500 pieces. While exciting, it also
caused OIC Kenning, Casimano, Clerk Heather Wise and BDS Kayser to
look for ways to make the mailing go as smoothly as possible at a Post Office
that did not regularly have such large mailings.
The parcels (above) are dropped off
at the Palmetto Post Office.
“This lead is a testament
that it takes a team at times to gain and retain a customer’s business,” said Kayser. “The sale does not stop once we get a
commitment from the customer to use us, it continues on with providing good
quality customer service from all of us.”
