Mailbox Miracles

The USPS mobile app that allows users to take photos of "Mailbox Miracles" is a hit with customers and employees alike.

West Melbourne Supervisor, Customer Services Rosemary Onody (above) used the app to take a photo when the collection box became a gingerbread house.

Indian Rocks Beach Postmaster Sherry Ulrich (above) used the app to join Charlie Brown and friends at the collection box.

To participate in the “Mailbox Miracle” simply download the free USPS AR app at Google Play or iTunes App Store and take a photo standing next to one of nearly 160,000 blue mail collection boxes.

The “Peanuts” photo opportunity will be available on the app from Dec. 12-13, 23-24, 26-27, 29-31 and Jan. 1-16 as part of the Postal Service’s rotating “Mailbox Miracles” experiences. Other interactive holiday animation will appear throughout December.
