When a customer wanted to
mail care packages to the troops, Deborah worked with the customer, explaining
available shipping options and offering logistic help. The customer was impressed and brought his
business to the Postal Service, resulting in new revenue. “I enjoy sharing
information with potential new customers because I know that we are going to
provide excellent service,” said Deborah.
“This was even more special because the packages mean so much to the men
and women serving our country.”
