Services Kathy Jungferman (right) presented Custodian Unchu Smith (center) with
a Letter of Appreciation and gift card for going above and beyond by assisting
an elderly customer in dire need of help. Smith also played an important role
in Page Field’s Gold Star Award for
earning a perfect score on a Retail Customer Experience transaction by maintaining the retail
lobby.
