ECC Symposium



Manager, Consumer & Industry Gary Desmond (standing) trained Orlando EAS employees on how to better serve our customers.  Desmond led an interactive class that covered many topics such as Enterprise Customer Care (eCC), Quality Resolves, First Contact, Customer Insights and Point of Service (POS) and Delivery surveys. The class viewed the Consumer & Industry webpage which has a wealth of information to guide EAS in handling customer service issues and giving our customers the best service possible. 

Managers, Supervisors and A/Supervisors who attended the class stated the symposium was very informative and returned to their units with better customer service skills.
