Beach Retail Associate Felicia Martin (right) was presented with her Gold Star
Award by Officer In Charge (OIC) Elli Calidonio (left). Martin received a perfect score on
a Retail Customer Experience transaction.
It was the first Gold Star for FY16 Quarter 2 at the Ormond Beach Post Office.

was the second Gold Star for the office in Quarter 2.

Associate Don Haus (above) proudly displayed his Gold Star Award earned in
October 2015. Haus was all smiles during the recognition and stated, “I like
what I do and I am happy to be doing it.”
Calidonio presented the awards to each Retail Associate
in front of their co-workers and stated, “I like the fact that the team takes
great pride in servicing the Ormond Beach community. The employee achievements reflect that.”
