Melbourne Hot In Customer Index



Melbourne Beach Retail Associates Ed Vazquez (left) and Dan Tift (right) and Manager, Customer Services Kim Ledford (center) celebrated their Q 2 Point of Service (POS) Survey Scores.  They received Certificates of Appreciation and a trophy for being the Best in Melbourne, achieving a 95% satisfaction rate.

 

Melbourne Postmaster Diane Tindle (right) and Satellite Beach Manager, Customer Services Chris Sheppard (left) recognized Melbourne Beach Manager, Customer Services Kim Ledford (center) for best Q 2 POS survey scores in the Melbourne area.
