29th annual conference in Orlando. The CUMSA members listened
intently, asked many questions and enjoyed meeting Amanda.

All attendees were given bags containing Poster 84 “Suspicious Mail,” a mailroom security booklet and pamphlets to
take back to their mailrooms.
