Tampa Sulpher Springs Retail Associate Natividad Barnett (left) received her sixth Gold Star Award and pin from Tampa Officer In Charge (OIC) Richard Fermo (right) and A/Manager, Customer Service Operations Dolores Seuwin (center) for earning a perfect score on a Retail Customer Experience transaction. OIC Fermo also rewarded Natividad’s accomplishment with a gift certificate. Barnett was recognized in front of her co-workers and Fermo inspired other Retail Associates to provide the same high level of service to customers
