Dunedin Letter Carrier Randal “Randy” Ball (right) is presented with his Retirement Certificate from Dunedin Postmaster James Hemmings (left), after more than 35 years of service. Randy began his postal career in 1980 as a Retail Associate in Largo and transferred to Winter Haven in 1981, as a Letter Carrier. He has been a Letter Carrier in Dunedin for the last 20 years. Randy plans to spend his retirement spending time with his family and friends. Co-workers helped Randy celebrate with a cake and many well wishes.
