The
Lean Leader Program is available to employees who have achieved Black Belt Certification
through the Lean Six Sigma Continuous Improvement Process. The 10-month program includes
four weeks of classroom training, along with group projects, visits to retail
and processing facilities, and more. Throughout the program, participants learn
advanced Continuous Improvement concepts and techniques that can be applied
throughout the Postal Service.
