personnel assisted when the American Library Association (ALA) held their
bi-annual conference at the Orlando Convention Center. Retail Associates Karen Brown

and free books to almost every state in the lower 48. Customers appreciated
the convenience being able to mail their items and not having to carry items on
the airlines.
The ALA lasted three days and
brought in over $33,000 in revenue. Other
