Letter Carrier Joey Featherston (holding certificate) received a Certificate of
Appreciation from Postmaster Richard L. Barber (front, left) and Manager,
Customer Services Kirsten Rozwood (right of Featherston). Featherston was delivering on his route when
he noticed an elderly patron in distress. He recognized the trauma signs and
summoned help from both the community health agent on site and local first
responders. Celebrating with Featherston were Naples Main Letter Carriers
(above). Featherston was also presented with a
thank you letter from the Community General Manager.
