Orlando Pine Castle employees earned their first Suncoast Orlando Achievement Recognition (SOAR) Award for the month of June. Postmaster Timothy Holmes (standing, second left) spoke to employees about their achievement. National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) Branch 1091 Vice President Byron Shelton (standing, left) attended the ceremony to support and congratulate employees.
The Soar Award uses 15 indicators including
scanning; percent to standard, eCC’s and overtime to comprise the overall
