Orlando Staff Appreciation



Orlando Azalea Park Manager, Customer Services Charlene Vermillion (left) was presented with a Letter of Appreciation by Orlando Postmaster Timothy Holmes (right) and Manager Customer Service Operations Jacqui Bragg (not pictured). Azalea Park ranked Number 2 in Quarter 2 and Number 1 in Quarter 3 for the Suncoast Orlando Achievement Recognition (SOAR) Award.


Orlando Gore A/Manager, Customer Services Armando Lozano (center) received a Letter of Appreciation from Postmaster Timothy Holmes (left) and Manager Customer Service Operations (MCSO) Lewis Nimmons (right) for assisting the Orlando Team in Remote Forwarding System (RFS) training and increasing service performance in his developmental assignment.


Orlando South Creek A/Manager, Customer Services Gerry Santiago (center) received a Letter of Appreciation from Postmaster Timothy Holmes (left) and MCSO Lewis Nimmons (right) for his willingness to accept two developmental assignments and create a positive trend at both locations under his leadership. Santiago participated in a Kaizen project in South Creek and initiated streamline processes to assist a more efficient operation.
