Hudson Is Positively Pink



Hudson Rural Carriers Kim Durocher (left) and Deb Rish (right) were congratulated by Supervisor, Customer Services Joe La Corte (center) for achieving tremendous sales by blanketing their respective routes with stamp orders with stickers on every envelope.  The dynamic duo’s Breast Cancer Research stamp sales brought in a combined total of over $1,700.


Hudson Retail Associates Mike Sogluizzo (left) and Theresa Clegg (right) were recognized by Supervisor, Customer Services Joe La Corte (center) for selling Breast Cancer Research stamps  for a combined total of $5,9867.   Sogluizzo is a short-timer, who is retiring at the end of the month.  He is leaving the Postal Service in grand style, earning a Gold Star Award for a perfect score on a Retail Customer Experience transaction and bringing in $2,914 in Breast Cancer Research Stamp revenue.


The Hudson Team increased Breast Cancer Research stamp sales by 2195.1% over last year, selling a total of $10,931. Supervisor Joseph La Corte (center) is hand signing the word “Love” and is joined in the photo by (left to right) Retail Associates Mike Sogluizzo, Eric Braham, Theresa Clegg and Lead Retail Associate Mike Phillips.  “The Hudson Team really stepped up.  We had strategies throughout the month that included setting high goals and setting them even higher as we accomplished each goal,” said Postmaster Brian Strasser.  “Everyone remained focused on the prize.  We were selling stamps so quickly that we were constantly replenishing our stock.  I am extremely proud of the Hudson Team.  We are already setting a higher bar for next year.”
