Lakeland Downtown Provides Three


Lakeland Downtown employees (above) were encouraged to participate in the Employee Engagement Program. Manager Customer Services, Cynthia Arena (second row, second right) and A/Supervisor Customer Services David Novak (front, left) invited Business Development Specialist Janie Richards (not pictured) to speak with employees about how important their jobs are to finding quality leads. Richards also provided information about Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) and how to provide leads through the Engagement Program.  Lakeland Downtown provided three fantastic quality leads during the visit. “Lakeland Downtown has a wonderful group of dedicated employees,” said Richards.
