Associate Frances Melenwick (left) was presented with
a Letter of Appreciation signed by District
Manager Eric Chavez. A/Manager, Customer Services
Nicole Koss (right) thanked Melenwick for locating
a customer’s missing $100 and returning it immediately. The customer was very
grateful and wrote a letter to management thanking Melenwick
for her assistance.
