Supervisor Dave Dameron (above) was pleasantly surprised to receive a “thank
you” card from a customer. “I assisted
this customer with an online claim. I
take pride in the service I provide to my customers and try to put them first
whenever possible,” said Dameron. “Living
up to our promise that we will deliver their items or honor the insurance they
purchased is important and reinforces their trust in us.”
Dameron’s
attention to service was deemed “an act of kindness” by the customer, as
evidenced by the card she chose to send.
The
card reads: “Dear Mr. Dameron, Thank you so much for your patients and
helpfulness on filing my insurance claim. I received my check on Wednesday.
Thanks again for being kind to an old lady. Dorothy”
