City Postal Support Employee (PSE) Rodney “RJ” Turner (center) received a Gold
Star Award from Postmaster Pierre Hall (left) and A/Supervisor, Customer
Services Will Hooker (right). Turner earned a perfect score on a Retail Customer
Experience transaction and was recognized in front of his peers. “RJ was
encouraged by the award and said he hopes to receive many more Gold Star
