Kaizen Event Success
St. Petersburg Main Post Office Retail Associate Ruth
Shelly (right) and Manager, Customer Services Darrell Moore (left) recently
conducted a Kaizen event to improve Wait Time In Line (WTIL) and Gold Star
Award performance. Since they have
conducted the event, the office’s performance has improved. Five Retail Customer Experience (RCE)
transactions have been evaluated at three minutes or less and four of the five RCE
transactions have earned Gold Star Awards. “This was the best training that I
have attended so far in the Postal Service,” stated Shelly.
