Associate Kerry Karnetsky (left) saved the day when he assisted Customer Mrs. Stokes (right). Stokes mailed 75 wedding
invitations, only to realize the ZIP Code on the
response envelope was incorrect. She notified Karnetsky
and he informed her that he would personally attempt to recover all the
response envelopes. Kametsky was able to recover all 75
response envelopes and make the corrections to the ZIP Code to get them delivered to the proper destinations. Stokes was very happy and overwhelmed that Kametsky went above and beyond. After the
wedding, she stopped by the Post Office to say the wedding was a huge success
and to thank Kametsky for providing great customer service.
