Southside Post Office employees (above) listened intently as Business Development
Specialist Janie Richards (not pictured) spoke about the Employee Engagement
Programs. She shared tips about the ways employees can find leads in
their everyday lives. She also spoke about the importance of brief
conversations with customers to help generate quality leads. Lakeland
Southside Carriers eagerly jumped on board and provided two great leads that
day.
