Largo Is Engaging



Business Development Specialists Lorri Kayser (right) and James Brewer, Sr. (left)  met with Largo Manager Customer Services Gilda Durant (second, left) and  Carrier Coordinator Michael Proctor (second, right) regarding the Employee Engagement Programs.  Kayser and Brewer spoke with Largo employees about the importance of growing our company and provided tools to help employees understand how to find a lead and what to do with the information afterwards.


The Largo Post Office Lead Participation Board (above) has information readily available, which is important to the success of the Engagement Programs.


Largo employees (above) posed for a photo with the Engagement Team after the presentation.  “Employees now know how to have a quality conversation with business owners while they are out delivering packages and letters.  They can provide information about using the Unites States Postal Service for Shipping and Mailing needs,” said Kayser.  “From this visit Largo employees turned in five new Business Leads.  We can’t wait to see more leads start rolling in.”
