services is key to helping them have quality conversations with customers about
shipping and mailing with the Postal Service.
Business Development Specialist Lorri Kayser (not pictured) shared
information with employees about what to do when they see an opportunity to
share information with a business customer.
The Palmetto Lead Board (above) is posted where all
employees can see it so they can follow up on the leads they have submitted. “The Palmetto Team is making a
difference. They submitted five new
leads during the visit,” said Kayser.
