Orlando Downtown Passport Fair



Orlando held a “No Appointment Needed” Passport Fair at the Downtown Post Office. Sand Lake Retail Associate Karen Brown (left), Downtown Retail Associate Sherri Sizemore (center) and Dixie Village Retail Associate Frank Areizaga (back, right) processed applications after the reviewing process.


Downtown Retail Associate Raymond Lee (above) was the photographer for the day. Customers lined up to have new photos taken for passports.


South Creek Retail Associate Freddie Pesante (above) stapled a photo to a DS 11 passport application.


Alafaya Retail Associate Judy Grant (left) and Lockhart Retail Associate Minerva Mockley (right) took time out of reviewing passport applications to strike a pose.


 

Gore Manager, Customer Services (MCS) Armando Lozano (right) and Supervisor, Customer Services Jean Shirley (left) exchanged paperwork.  Other members of the passport team, Union Park MCS Michelle Barresi, Manager Customer Service Operations Lewis Nimmons and Customer Relations Coordinator Deborah Vick (not pictured) assisted in making copies, answering questions and keeping the line organized.

Orlando completed 108 passport applications and gained $3,499 in new revenue
