Cape Coral Central Leads



Cape Coral Central Manager Customer Services (MCS) Kathy Jungferman (far right) and Letter Carriers (above) listened intently to Business Development Specialist Lorri Kayser who spoke with employees about Lead Generation. The employees learned how important it is to get the contact information of every person they speak to about shipping or mailing. They were also informed that the Business Development Team follows up on every lead entered and offers support and solutions to gain the customers’ business.  Employees were excited about their co-worker, Letter Carrier Lynn “LJ” Jones' recognition for bringing in $100,000 in revenue and said they plan to also submit leads.


Cape Coral Central MCS Kathy Jungferman (far left) and Rural Carriers (above) are ready to submit Employee Engagement leads to bring in revenue.  Business Development Specialist Lorri Kayser reminded employees that all Postal Service employees can submit leads through the program.  “Twenty two new leads were gained during this visit,” stated Kayser.
