Pacific Area Vice President (AVP) Dean Granholm recently visited the Post
Office. Granholm was so impressed that

I
visited the Satellite Beach Post Office retail location last week in Satellite
Beach, Florida, and must share with you that the three sales associates did a
fantastic job managing the line, conversing properly and positively with
customers, and asking all the correct questions in regards to the mystery shop
questions. This is one of the best retail experiences I have had in my
career, with happy employees and very happy customers, including me! -- Pacific

The
Satellite Beach Team was thrilled to learn about the outstanding praise from Pacific
AVP Granholm. The Retail Associates were
unaware that their customer was a USPS AVP and treated him with the same excellent
service they provide everyone who visits their Post Office.
The
terrific trio offered tips on customer service.
“I always ask the customer how I may help and then I go above and beyond
to satisfy the customer,” said Hudson. “I
always have a smile when I greet and thank customers,” stated Chirikis. “It’s important to be observant, polite and
professional,” added Vazquez.
