showed his Gold Star Award to Retail Associate Nicole Stuart (right) for
earning a perfect score on a Retail Customer Experience transaction. Arruda and
Stuart work as a team coaching each other on providing excellent customer
service every time. Sharpes Postmaster Debra Terek (not pictured) stated, “I am
