Orlando Mall Carrier Annex employees (above) celebrated a special presentation of
the Suncoast Orlando Achievement Recognition (SOAR) award. The Mall has won the
award nine out of twelve months in FY16 and five out of six months in FY17. The
award is given monthly to the Orlando office that averages the best scores in
pivoting, overtime percentage, F2 percent to base and carriers after 5:00 P.M.
Orlando Postmaster Timothy Holmes (not pictured) attended the recognition event and everyone enjoyed a feast of catered BBQ and side dishes.
