Business Development Specialists (BDS) Lorri Kayser
and Gerald Robins visited the Tampa Carrollwood Post Office and shared tips
about the ways employees can find revenue leads on their routes and even in
their everyday lives. They also spoke about the importance of brief
conversations with customers to help generate quality leads. Tampa Carrollwood Carriers
were very receptive and provided ten new leads.” Special thanks go to Manager Liz
Ray, NALC Union Steward Freddie Nimphius and Carrier Coordinator Joann Kubly,”
said Robins. “They work hard every day engaging with their fellow postal employees and peers
