Janice Styblewski (right) received her 10th Gold Star Award for earning
her tenth perfect score on Retail Customer Experience transactions. Postmaster
Eddie Haab (left) presented her with a Letter of Appreciation from District
Manager Eric Chavez, along with a $100 gift certificate, for her
achievements.
“Janice has earned 10 of the
office’s 19 Gold Stars and was very excited to receive this award. Janice and Retail
Associates Ken Landry and Rob Caste have worked hard to earn those 19 Gold
Stars,” said Haab. “They are also proud
of their high Customer Insights score of more than 94%. They know how to
provide excellent service to their customers.”
