Engagement Program after Business Development Specialist Janie Richards (not
pictured) spoke with them about how important their jobs are and how they can
find quality revenue leads. Supervisor Customer Services Randy Findley (front,
left) and Supervisor Customer Services, Paula Dandurand (front, right) invited Richards
to speak about Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) and how to spot customers using
our competition for package services.
