conversations with new business customers and how to look for new business.

shipping and mailing needs to make sure she gets their contact information so
the Business Development Team can follow up.
OIC Debra Kilgore (above) entered Business Connect Activities and stated
she plans to be #1 at entering leads. “The
employees were enthusiastic and excited.
Now they have the knowledge to confidently speak with customers about
gaining their business,” said Kayser. “And,
they have a point of contact who will follow up to assist them. Six new leads were gained during this visit.”
