Chief Operating Officer (COO) Dave Williams recently recognized the Mid
Florida Processing & Distribution Center (P&DC) for their accomplishments in their Machine At Risk –
DBCS metric. The Mid Florida P&DC
score is -.50 and was featured in the June 14 issue of the national Lead to
Win publication. The Mid Florida P&DC employees (pictured above) were
thrilled to hear the news.
To accomplish this score the Mid Florida Team focused on
three main objectives:

Excellent communication between operations and
maintenance.

Heightened sense of ownership from the operators
and PM crew.

Real-time monitoring, feedback, and follow-up.
