After an Oviedo
customer mailed a package and purchased stamps, she left the Post Office
without her stamps. Lead Retail
Associate Javier Centeno thought quickly and grabbed a USPS prepaid envelope,
placed the stamps and above note inside and used the return address on the
package to mail the stamps to the customer.
The customer received
her stamps the next day and immediately posted the above on the Oviedo
Community Facebook Page to let everybody know how wonderful Centeno and the
Oviedo Post Office are. Her posting
received over 550 “Likes” in less than 24 hours. In addition, a number of customers posted additional
complimentary comments. Below are a few
of the compliments.
