Elite Status For Oviedo



Oviedo Postmaster Karen Hebert (right) celebrated with retail employees (above) and entire team (pictured below) upon learning the Oviedo Team was recognized as a Certified Engaged Team.  Only 469 units out of more than 50,000 earned the distinction, based on meeting two key metrics in the Postal Pulse Survey:

Have 75% or more of their team participate in the Postal Pulse survey, and;
Achieve a Grand Mean score that places the unit in the 75th or higher percentile (top quartile) of Gallup’s global client database.




The Oviedo Team (above) was thrilled to achieve best in class performance.  “Oviedo employees are proud to be a part of the Elite Engagement Teams,” said Postmaster Karen Hebert.
