(pictured below) upon learning the Oviedo Team was recognized as a Certified
Engaged Team. Only 469 units out of more
than 50,000 earned the distinction, based on meeting two key metrics in the
Postal Pulse Survey:
Have 75% or more of
their team participate in the Postal Pulse survey, and;
Achieve a Grand Mean
score that places the unit in the 75th or higher percentile (top
quartile) of Gallup’s global client database.
