The referral is projected to generate a whopping $3.6 million in new
revenue for the Postal Service.
Pollard identified the
business as having the potential to use the Postal Service for more of its mailing
and shipping needs. “Letter Carrier
Mistie Campoli was providing excellent service to this customer and had secured
the customer’s trust in our services,” said Pollard. His efforts included communicating with Davis
to capture the business. The collaboration to accommodate the rapid growth and
the customer’s need for daily pickups was extremely valuable in beating out the
competition to gain the business.
“As a result of Doug identifying
this customer, maintaining an open line of communication with Headquarters
Sales and offering his assistance, we anticipate $3.6 million dollars in new
revenue for the Postal Service,” said Davis.
