Pam Moore (above) earned her second Gold Star Award this year for achieving a
perfect score on a Retail Customer Experience transaction. She promptly and proudly added it to the office’s
Gold Star plaque. “Pam continues to
provide excellent service to our customers. She is so proud of all the
achievements at the Cocoa Post Office,” said Postmaster Millie
Bautista-Tirado. “Pam is the pillar of
knowledge at Cocoa. We are so fortunate to have her.”
