College Park Letter Carrier Liz Robles (second left) was honored by Postmaster
General (PMG) Megan Brennan with the PMG Hero Commendation Award. Orlando
Postmaster Timothy Holmes (second right) recognized Robles with a Hero Award trophy
for performing CPR on a child that was pulled from a pool during the Memorial
Day holiday. Robles stayed with the child, keeping him calm, until he was transported
in an ambulance.

Santiago (center) made a safety-hero poster with Robles picture that will hang in the office. Robles’ daughter, Emma (front row), attended the
celebration and was proud of her mother.
