Associate Nicole Roberson-Rodriguez (above) was all smiles when she received her
Gold Star Award and lanyard for achieving a perfect score on a Retail Customer
Experience transaction. “Nicole was converted to career in January of
this year and this was her first documented Retail Customer Experience.
Working with her is a pleasure, as she always provides our customers with an
excellent experience,” said Postmaster Debra Terek. “Nicole is always
