Orlando Alafaya Letter
Carrier David Rogers (third right) received his 40-year Service Award from
Postmaster Timothy Holmes (second right) in front of his peers. Rogers served
in the U.S. Army for six years and has worked for the Postal Service for 34 years.
Rogers’ family attended the celebration. He has been married
to his wife Gisela (fourth left) since 1978. Together
they have seven children; two boys, Daniel and Derek; and
five girls, Michelle, Melissa, Melody, Melinda and Melina.
Everyone enjoyed cake at the
end of the presentation.
