Orlando Achievement Recognition Award (SOAR) Award for the tenth month in a
row.

Lewis Nimmons (front center) presented the SOAR Award to the employees of the
Mall Annex for being the best in the Wildly Important Goals (WIG) Scorecard.
The scorecard takes into account routes pivoted, overtime percentage, carrier
hours actual to plan and carrier return times.
