Associate Julissa Manners (center) was recognized for selling
$4,992 in Breast Cancer Research Semipostal
Stamps and placing in the Top 10 in the nation. District Manager Eric Chavez
(right) and Postmaster Timothy Holmes (left) presented the prestigious Pink Ribbon trophy to Manners.
Manners stated, “My mother
and many of my relatives have been touched by cancer, so
selling the stamps and raising money for research was personal for me. However,
I was surprised to receive this award.”
