Retention Teams Help Holidays



The Postal Service provided excellent customer service during the holiday season, including handling phone calls from customers.  The Headquarters Retention Teams based in Tampa (above) and St. Petersburg (below) assisted with answering customer calls from around the nation.  Business Development Specialist Lorri Kayser (bottom photo, front row, far left) said, “It was a privilege to help our customers during our busiest season.”
