St. Petersburg Euclid Station was the best overall station
for the month of November. The Euclid
Team (pictured above) was awarded the St. Petersburg Top Achievement
Recognition (STAR) traveling trophy by Postmaster Jackie Villemaire (second,
right) and A/Manager Customer Services Operations (MCSO) Darrell Moore
(left). Employees enjoyed light
refreshments after the award presentation. The STAR award is comprised of the
following key indicators: Scanning, 1800 returns, accident ratio, and Customer
Insight WTIL scores.
